Cancellation Policy
To secure your desired appointment times, a credit card will be required at the time of booking. This information will be held as part of the cancellation policy and only make charges to the account on the date of your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel/ reschedule please do so within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel/ reschedule your appointment anytime after the 24 hour window you will be charged 25% of your service cost and will not be able to rebook until the fee is paid. All no show/ no calls will be charged 100% of the service price and a chance of being banned from booking future services.
